Camp Nirvana 2005

Expression Enterprises presents two major events:

Friday, July 15th  7:00 pm  Bastyr University Dining Hall * Kenmore Click here for location

CONTRADANCE with The Rhythm Rollers with the nationally acclaimed Seattle accordion player, Laurie Andres; fantastic fiddler, Cathie Whitesides; with Tony Mates on string bass, also as "caller" and teaching the dances. Contra-dancing is a New England version of square dancing, involves long lines of dancers. No need to attend with a partner, and every dance is taught by the caller. This unique event is produced by Karen Iglitzin as a part of "Camp Nirvana" for teenaged classical string players. The event is designed to expand their horizons, and also opened to the wider community. It's a great chance for other music students to get a peek at the camp for the future. Come, join the crowd!

$6.00 donation at the door.

Saturday, July 23rd at 2:00 pm  Bastyr University Chapel * Kenmore Click here for location
