Dear friends of Chamber Music Madness, October 26, 2007
As members of the CMM Board, Judy and I are hosting informal sessions during the student’s regular workshops to discuss how best to create a CMM Volunteer organization. These sessions will take place on Sunday, November 4, and Sunday, November 11, at 2:00 PM, at our new location: Lake City Presbyterian Church.
Much of the success of CMM is due to the tireless efforts of our volunteers. We think that, with your help, we can become even more effective, by providing more structure and support from the board. You are cordially invited to give us your ideas on how to make our already great volunteer organization even better.
We invite all parents, alumni, and friends to come to either of these sessions and give us your ideas. To those who have donated your time to support CMM, many thanks - please come and let us know how we can support you even more effectively.
Please plan to attend and let us benefit from your input.
Many thanks,
Ken Williams and Judy Terreberry
